针对当前地铁枢纽站地下空间自动照明系统照度调节值与合同值相差较大、照明调整耗时较长的问题,提出基于DALI协议的地铁枢纽站地下空间自动照明系统.选择STM32F103RCT6作为控制器核心处理芯片,设定新型中央控制器开发板.选择直流涡轮蜗杆减速电机作为系统驱动设备,将无线通信模块优化为与上位机相适应的形式,完成系统硬件框架优化.构建地下空间照明模型,计算所需的照度与照明均匀度.设定DALI协议灯光调节方案,完成地铁地下空间的照明调节.测试结果证实,此系统可在不同的测试环境下降低照度调节值与合同值的差异,提升照明调节精度,缩短照明调节耗时.
Design of Automatic Lighting System for Underground Space of Subway Hub Station Based on DALI Protocol
In view of the large difference between the illuminance adjustment value and the contract value of the current under-ground space automatic lighting system of subway hub station and the time-consuming lighting adjustment,an underground space automatic lighting system of subway hub station based on DALI protocol is proposed.STM32F103RCT6 is selected as the core processing chip of the controller,and the new central controller development board is set.The DC worm-gear reducer is selected as the system driving equipment,and the wireless communication module is optimized to adapt to the form of the up-per computer to complete the optimization of the system hardware framework.The lighting model of underground space is con-structed and used to calculate the required illumination and lighting uniformity.The lighting regulation scheme of DALI proto-col is set to complete the lighting adjustment of subway underground space.Test results show that the system can reduce the difference between the illumination adjustment value and the contract value under different test environments,improve the lighting adjustment accuracy and shorten the lighting adjustment time.
