一种数字式电容测量电路的设计与仿真

为了实现电容测量电路的宽量程、高精度和低成本,提出一种基于脉冲计数原理和自动量程切换的数字式电容测量电路.研究数字式电容测量电路的电路结构和工作原理,完成电容时间转换电路、自动量程切换电路、控制电路、计数与显示电路等模块的设计.利用Multisim软件搭建该电容测量总电路,并进行仿真验证.仿真实验结果显示,该测量电路取得了较宽的测量量程和较高的测量精度,具有较大的应用价值.
Design and Simulation of a Digital Capacitance Measurement Circuit
For the realization of wide range switching,high precision and low cost,a digital capacitance measurement circuit is proposed based on pulse-counting principle and automatic range switching.The circuit structure and working principle of the digital capacitance measurement circuit are studied,and capacitance time conversion circuit,automatic range switching circuit,control circuit,counting and display circuit are designed.The whole circuits are constructed and simulated by Multisim.The simulation results show that the circuits have achieved higher precision and wider measuring range,and are worthy of wide-spread application.
