为了满足重大活动气象保障、气象灾害防御应急指挥、野外科学观测实验等需求,对传统的采用地面宽带网络通信方式的固定式气象数据处理终端系统进行完善和改进,设计基于便携式电脑和5G移动通信技术的数据传输与共享系统,实现组网气象观测数据的传输、共享、处理和监控.在2022年北京冬奥会气象服务保障业务中应用,可根据现场需求便捷灵活地实时调用处理组网气象观测数据,满足多种场景大流量数据业务和服务需求,提高数据传输的时效性和可靠性,为提升气象数据处理能力和服务水平提供新的技术手段.
Design of 5G Networking Meteorological Observation Data Sharing System Based on Mobile Terminal
In order to meet the needs of meteorological support for major events,emergency command for meteorological disas-ter prevention and field scientific observation experiments,the traditional fixed meteorological data processing terminal system using ground broadband network communication is perfected and improved.A data transmission and sharing system based on portable computer and 5G mobile communication technology is designed to realize the transmission,sharing,processing and monitoring of networking meteorological observation data.The business application in the meteorological service support of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games can conveniently and flexibly call and process the meteorological observation data of the network in real time according to the on-site demand.It meets the requirements of the large-flow data business and service in various scenarios,improves the timeliness and reliability of data transmission,and provides new technical means for improving the meteorological data processing ability and service level.
