摘要

储能系统是孤立直流微网用于平滑电力波动的主要控制单元,其主要参数是荷电状态(SOC).针对孤立直流微网,设计一种基于储能系统SOC的均衡控制策略.储能系统SOC的均衡控制策略根据储能单元的SOC实时调整下垂系数,控制储能单元的充放电功率,实现储能单元间的SOC均衡.微网运行控制策略以储能系统作为抑制功率波动的主控单元,根据储能系统的SOC对分布式电源进行功率分配,实现微网内的功率平衡,将直流母线电压波动偏差控制在4.5%以内.

Abstract

The energy storage system is the main control unit,and is used to smooth power fluctuations of isolated DC micro-grid.Its main parameter is the state of charge(SOC).A SOC balancing control strategy of energy storage system is designed for isolated DC microgrid herein.The SOC balancing control strategy of energy storage system adjusts the sag coefficient in real time according to the SOC,controls the power of charge and discharge,and achieves SOC balance.The SOC balancing control strategy of energy storage system is the main control unit to suppress power fluctuations,distributes power to the distributed power supply according to the SOC of the energy storage system,achieves power balance in the microgrid,and controls the voltage fluctuation deviation of the DC bus within 4.5%.
