摘要

针对当前电力应急通信数据传输方法数据传输公平性差,导致数据传输速率低且丢包率高的问题,提出基于卫星调度的电力应急通信数据传输方法.根据电力应急通信卫星资源调度逻辑,整理与划分通信数据资源,提出电力应急通信卫星资源调度算法.构建电力应急通信信息传输节点组模型,选择通信节点与路由线路.使用卫星调度电力通信数据传输方法确定数据传输方案,实现电力应急通信数据传输.实验结果表明,该方法可有效提高数据传输速率,降低数据传输丢包率,提升电力应急通信系统的应用效果.

Abstract

Aimed at the problem that the data transmission fairness of current power emergency communication data transmis-sion methods is poor,resulting in low data transmission rate and high packet loss rate,a data transmission method of power emergency communication based on satellite scheduling is proposed.According to the power emergency communication satellite resource scheduling logic,the communication data resource is sorted and divided,and a power emergency communication satel-lite resource scheduling algorithm is proposed.The model of power emergency communication information transmission node group is constructed,and communication nodes and routing lines are selected.The satellite scheduling is used to determine the data transmission scheme and realize the power emergency communication data transmission.Experimental results show that this method can effectively improve the data transmission rate,reduce the packet loss rate of data transmission,and improve the application effect of power emergency communication system.
