电力调度自动化网络安全防护技术研究

针对我国电力调度数据信息安全防护困难的问题,提出在设备物理层面设置电容检测模块,防止外部装置接入电力信息采集设备窃取信息.另外,在数据信息层面通过双层停止和等待协议(SWP)加密结构(对称性加密算法)对加密数据库,并且对数据信息传输节点加密,保护主控中心数据库和数据信息传输节点不被恶意程序攻击,防止传输的信息被拦截.试验表明,所设计的系统在信息攻击下能够保持80%以上的稳定度,且能够辨别出1 μF的设备电容骤变.
Research on Network Security Protection Technology of Power Dispatching Automation
For the security protection of power dispatching data information in China,this research sets up a capacitance detec-tion module at the physical level of the equipment to prevent external devices from accessing the power information collection e-quipment to steal information.In addition,at the data information level,the encrypted database is encrypted by the double-lay-er stop and wait protocol(SWP)encryption structure(symmetric encryption algorithm),and the data information transmission node is encrypted to protect the main control center database and data information transmission node from being attacked by malicious programs and prevent the transmitted information from being attacked by malicious programs.intercept.Experiments show that the system designed can maintain a stability of more than 80%under information attacks,and can identify sudden changes in device capacitance of 1 μF.
