The problems of homepage tampering and other attacks caused by the independent construction of Websites by vari-ous departments occur frequently in universities.A Website group with good running performance becomes the choice for secu-rity management.This paper puts forward a construction scheme of Website group platform which can provide integrated serv-ice environment and extend mobile application interface.A four-dimensional security management system is built by the strate-gy,management,technology,operation and maintenance.This system has been implemented and its safety and stability have been verified.
