负荷集控下的新能源配电网日内安全调度方法

新能源配电网的运行状态直接影响用户的用电质量.针对在负荷集控作用下的用电需求复杂、消纳能力和负荷承载能力难以判断的问题,优化设计新能源日内安全调度方法.综合光伏单元、风力单元、微型燃气轮机单元和储能单元4个组成部分构建新能源配电网结构模型.采集新能源配电网的实时运行数据和历史运行数据,预测并集控新能源配电网日内负荷.考虑过负荷、低电压、过电压以及平衡点功率越限现象,计算新能源配电网日内安全调度风险.从负荷平衡和配电线路容量2个方面设置调度约束条件,实现新能源配电网的日内安全调度.测试实验结果表明,该方法的消纳能力和负荷承载能力均满足预期要求,电压稳定系数和调度安全风险值分别为0.26和0.62,具有良好的调度效果.
Intra-day Safe Dispatching Method of New Energy Distribution Network under Load Centralized Control
The operation status of new energy distribution network directly affects the power quality of users.In view of the complex power demands in the role of load centralized control,and the difficulty in judging the consumption capacity and load carrying capacity,the new energy intra-day safe dispatching method is optimized and designed.The new energy distribution network structure model is constructed by integrating the four components of photovoltaic unit,wind power unit,micro gas turbine unit and energy storage unit.It collects real-time operation data and historical operation data of new energy distribution network,predicts and centrally controls the daily load of new energy distribution network.Considering the phenomena of over-load,low voltage,overvoltage and power out of limit at the balance point,the intra-day safe dispatching risk of new energy dis-tribution network is calculated.The dispatching constraints are set from the two aspects of load balance and distribution line ca-pacity to realize the intra-day safe dispatching of new energy distribution network.The test results show that the absorptive ca-pacity and load carrying capacity of this method meet the expected requirements,and the voltage stability coefficient and dis-patching safety risk value are 0.26 and 0.62,which has a good dispatching effect.
