基于优化重启树的继电保护设备多变运行工况智能恢复方法

由于继电保护设备的组件重启核心检验周期较长导致继电保护设备运行工况恢复时间较长,拒/误动概率增加.为此,提出新的继电保护设备多变运行工况智能恢复方法.提取多变运行工况高阶信息和低阶信息,考虑设备运行环境、运行状态修正系数,计算设备拒/误动概率,判断是否需要执行重启恢复操作.以优化重启树为核心建立继电保护设备智能恢复机制,确定故障组件重启方案,结合递归恢复理念,完成设备多变运行工况智能恢复.实验结果表明,应用所提方法后,继电保护设备在多变运行工况下的恢复时间仅为49.82 s,为保证继电保护设备周期性健康程度提供了新思路.
Intelligent Recovery Method of Relay Protection Equipment under Variable Operating Conditions Based on Optimized Restart Tree
As taking the restart of equipment components as the core,the inspection period is longer,which leads to a longer re-covery time of relay protection equipment operating conditions and increase of rejection/misoperation probability.Therefore,a new intelligent recovery method of relay protection equipment under variable operating conditions is proposed.This paper ex-tracts the high-order information and low-order information of variable operating conditions,considers the equipment operating environment and operating state correction coefficient,calculates the equipment rejection/misoperation probability,and deter-mines whether the restart recovery operation is required.By taking the optimized restart tree as the core,the intelligent recov-ery mechanism of relay protection equipment is established,the restart scheme of fault components is determined,and the intel-ligent recovery of equipment under variable operating conditions is completed by combining the recursive recovery concept.The experimental results show that the recovery time of relay protection equipment under variable operating conditions is only 49.82 s after applying the proposed method.It provides a new idea to ensure the periodic health of relay protection equipment.
