面向太赫兹通信覆盖增强的确定性信道建模分析

作为6G网络关键候选技术之一的太赫兹通信,其严重的路径损耗和阻塞敏感性对太赫兹信号覆盖范围造成了极大限制。一系列的太赫兹通信覆盖增强技术被提出。为了更好地在实际环境中对覆盖增强技术进行个性化的设计与部署,针对相应太赫兹无线信道展开建模分析。介绍了太赫兹通信的确定性信道建模方法,针对射线追踪(Ray Tracing,RT)方法进行了探讨,阐述了辅助太赫兹通信覆盖增强的相关技术。基于RT方法构建了面向太赫兹通信覆盖增强的确定性信道模型实例,验证了相关技术对太赫兹通信覆盖具有增强的效果,并对建模的相应挑战展开了讨论。对RT方法在未来太赫兹通信技术的应用进行了展望。
Deterministic Channel Modeling Analysis for Terahertz Communication Coverage Enhancement
As one key candidate technology for the 6G network,terahertz communication has serious path loss and blocking sensi-tivity,which greatly limits the coverage of terahertz communication.Therefore,a series of terahertz communication coverage enhancement technologies have been proposed.In order to better personalize the design and deployment of coverage enhancement technologies in ac-tual environment,it is necessary to model and analyze corresponding terahertz wireless channel.Firstly,a deterministic channel modeling method of terahertz communication is introduced,and a Ray Tracing(RT)method is emphatically discussed.Then,related technologies of assisted terahertz communication coverage enhancement are described.Finally,based on the RT method,a deterministic channel model example for terahertz communication coverage enhancement is constructed,and key technologies and challenges are discussed.
