摘要
智能超表面(Reconfigurable Intelligent Surface,RIS)技术被认为是 6G中很有应用前景的技术.RIS信道研究对于RIS辅助通信系统的技术创新和性能评价至关重要.综述了RIS信道的测量与建模研究进展,总结了基于矢量网络分析仪(Vector Network Analyzer,VNA)的频域测量和基于滑动相关的时域测量两种信道测量方法.介绍了基于时域的RIS信道测量平台,并对目前的测量活动进行了总结.分析了RIS信道中的阵元反射系数、散射方向图和级联路径损耗三个特性.总结了RIS信道统计性建模、确定性建模和混合型建模的方法,给出了一种基于现有 5G标准的 3D几何统计性信道模型(Geometric-Based Stochastic Model,GBSM)扩展的 RIS信道建模方法,以及基于此方法的 RIS信道仿真平台.展望了RIS信道测量和建模研究面临的挑战和未来的研究方向.
Abstract
Reconfigurable Intelligent Surface(RIS)technology is considered a promising application in 6G.The research on RIS channels is crucial for technological innovation and performance evaluation of RIS assisted communication systems.This article reviews the research progress in measurement and modeling of RIS channels.We summarized two channel measurement methods,frequency do-main measurement based on Vector Network Analyzer(VNA)and time-domain measurement based on sliding correlation.We intro-duced a time-domain RIS channel measurement platform and summarized current measurement activities.Three characteristics of element reflection coefficient,scattering pattern,and cascaded path loss in RIS channels are analyzed.A summary of RIS channel model-ing methods,including statistical modeling,deterministic modeling,and hybrid modeling,is presented.An extended RIS channel modeling method based on existing 5G standard's 3D Geometric-Based Stochastic Model(GBSM)is proposed,as well as an RIS chan-nel simulation platform based on this method.Finally,challenges and future research directions faced by RIS channel measurement and modeling research were discussed.
