Industrial Wireless WIA-FA Interference Detection Based on Active Safety
When industrial wireless network WIA-FA is applied in factories,the instantaneous non-stationary signals generated by industrial equipment such as sensors and instruments used on site can affect the integrity,accuracy,and timeliness of information trans-mission.Traditional wireless interference detection mechanisms mostly detect and respond to interference that has already occurred,and cannot make timely responses and deployments.Therefore,based on the idea of active network security,this article proposes an interfer-ence detection method for industrial wireless WIA-FA.Firstly,an in-depth analysis was conducted on the mechanism of signal transmis-sion in the physical layer of WIA-FA,pointing out possible interference threats that WIA-FA may face during communication;Secondly,a FICA-STFT interference detection method based on active security is proposed to address this threat.It intelligently separates the same frequency,adjacent frequency,and pulse interference generated by industrial equipment in the WIA-FA environment from normal sig-nals,and achieves active detection of the time-frequency and frequency-domain characteristics of interference signals;Finally,the effec-tiveness of this detection method in actively detecting interference during the operation of WIA-FA was verified through simulation ex-periments,providing a theoretical basis for the subsequent engineering application of detecting the channel status of WIA-FA.
