基于跳波束的手机直连与FSS系统的同频共存研究

针对基于跳波束的卫星手机直连系统,研究与卫星固定业务(Fixed Satellite Service,FSS)系统间的共存可行性。分析了跳波束卫星系统与FSS系统的共存场景以及仿真研究方法,通过时间步进的仿真方法对 FSS系统受到的下行干扰进行了仿真分析。在此基础上评估了多种干扰缓解策略保护FSS系统的效果,主要包括地理隔离、基于星历或概率信息的波束关闭以及基于干扰程度预测的动态功率控制策略。研究结果表明,采取适当的干扰缓解措施后,基于跳波束的手机直连卫星系统能够与FSS系统很好地协调共存。
Research on the Coexistence of Direct-to-cell System with Jumping Beam and Fixed Satellite Service System
This study examines the feasibility of coexistence between satellite direct-to-cell systems based on hopping beams and Fixed Satellite Service(FSS)systems.It analyzes coexistence scenarios between hopping beam satellite systems and FSS system as well as simulation research methods.Additionally,the study includes a simulation analysis of the downlink interference experienced by FSS system.Based on this,various interference mitigation strategies were evaluated for their effectiveness in protecting FSS system.This mainly includes geographic isolation,beam shut-off based on ephemeris or statistics information,and dynamic power control strategies based on interference level prediction.Final results indicate that,with appropriate interference mitigation measures,satellite direct-to-cell system based on hopping beams can successfully coordinate and coexist with FSS system.
