摘要

相控阵雷达接收机常使用数控衰减器对接收增益进行控制,用以扩展接收机的动态范围.在不同衰减情况下需要保证各通道间的相位一致性,这就要求数控衰减器具有较低的附加相移.文章设计并制作了一款工作在6~18 GHz的低附加相移多通道宽带接收组件.该组件噪声系数小于3.8 dB,通道增益36±2 dB.每个通道内包含6 位数控衰减器,附加相移小于±5°.

Abstract

Phased array radar receivers often use digital attenuators to control the receiving gain in order to expand the dynamic range of the receiver.In different attenuation situations,it is necessary to ensure phase consistency between each channel,which requires a digital attenuator with a lower additional phase shift.This paper designed and manufactrued a low additional R module that operates at 6-18 GHz.The noise figure of R module is less than 3.8 dB,and gain of each channel is 36±2 dB.Each channel containing a 6-bit digital attenuator,with additional phase shift is less than±5°.
