基于LCU的城轨车辆客室车门控制及故障检测系统设计

在城市轨道交通车辆运营中,车辆各系统的可靠性关系到乘客的人身安全.其中,客室车门系统的故障率在城轨车辆各系统中居高不下.为了解决客室车门系统的高故障率以及故障定位困难等问题,文章基于KNT城轨车辆客室车门实训装置进行了二次开发,对客室车门系统的前端控制进行了无触点化处理,采用网络通信方式对故障进行可视化处理,有效降低了客室车门系统的故障频率,能够直观地对电气故障进行定位,弥补了城轨车辆故障排查与处理研究的不足,提供了一种无触点化的电气控制解决方案.
Design of LCU-based passenger compartment door control and fault detection system for urban rail vehicles
In the operation of urban rail transit vehicles,the reliability of each system of the vehicle is related to the personal safety of passengers,among which the failure rate of the passenger compartment door system is the highest among all systems of urban rail transit vehicles.In order to solve the problems of high failure rate and difficulty in fault location of the passenger compartment door system,this article conducts secondary development based on the KNT urban rail transit vehicle passenger compartment door training device,and performs non-contact processing on the front-end control of the passenger compartment door system,and adopts network communication to visualize the fault,effectively reducing the failure frequency of the passenger compartment door system,and can intuitively locate the electrical fault,which makes up for the deficiency of fault investigation and handling research of urban rail transit vehicles,and provides a non-contact electrical control solution.
