智慧城市建设中的网络信息安全风险识别及其应对策略

针对智慧城市发展过程中的网络信息安全风险与挑战,保障智慧城市建设健康持续发展,文章从智慧城市架构体系、网络信息安全风险识别、应对策略 3 个方面进行阐述.文章根据现有智慧城市建设经验现状,提出了智慧城市架构体系由终端数据采集层、网络层、数据层和应用层组成,并对 4 层结构进行了风险分析;研究了如何识别智慧城市中网络信息安全风险,指出从风险因素、风险来源和风险识别过程和方法3 个方面进行描述;从智慧城市规划、管理和应用上,采用技术手段有效降低风险及其带来的损失,以提升智慧城市信息安全保障水平和促进智慧城市建设更加稳健发展.
Network information security risk identification and countermeasures in smart city construction
In view of the network information security risks and challenges in the process of smart city development,it is an important issue to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of smart city construction.This paper elaborates from three aspects:smart city architecture system,network information security risk identification and coping strategies.First of all,according to the current experience of smart city construction,the smart city architecture system is proposed to be composed of terminal data acquisition layer,network layer,data layer and application layer,and the risk analysis of the four-layer structure is carried out.Secondly,it studies how to identify network information security risks in smart cities,and points out that it is described from three aspects:risk factors,risk sources and risk identification process and methods.Finally,the use of technology to effectively reduce risks and losses in smart city planning,management and application,to improve the level of information security of smart cities and promote the more stable development of smart city construction.
