针对现有热泵干衣机价格昂贵、传统电加热干衣机容易导致衣物受损和不够智能等问题,文章通过采用STM32 主控芯片结合警报模块、热风模块、湿度检测模块、继电器控制模块等实现了一种功能强大且方便携带的衣物干衣架.这种干衣架具有智能调节功能,可以根据衣物的湿度自行调节工作时间和工作温度.当湿度超过设定阈值时,干衣架会启动热风模块以快速将衣物烘干,并监测湿度变化.一旦湿度低于设定的阈值,干衣架将停止工作以保护衣物不被过度干燥.这种自动调节的功能可以确保衣物得到均匀烘干,避免过度烘干导致衣物脆化、变形等问题.该设计具有广阔的应用前景和市场潜力,不仅满足了用户对快速、均匀烘干的需求,而且相对于传统的家用干衣机,具备一定的便携性.
Design of STM32-based controller for automatic drying racks
In response to the high price of existing heat pump dryers,the vulnerability of traditional electric heating dryers to clothing damage,and the lack of intelligence,a powerful and portable clothing dryer has been achieved by using an STM32 main control chip combined with an alarm module,hot air module,humidity detection module,relay control module,and other modules.There is an intelligent adjustment function in the design,which can adjust the working time and temperature according to the humidity of the clothes.When the humidity exceeds the set threshold,the clothes dryer will activate the hot air module to quickly dry the clothes and monitor the changes in humidity,And once the humidity drops below the set threshold,the clothes dryer will stop working to protect the clothes from excessive drying.This automatic adjustment function can ensure uniform drying of clothes,avoiding problems such as embrittlement and deformation caused by excessive drying.This design has broad application prospects and market potential.It not only meets the needs of users for fast and uniform drying,but also has portability compared to traditional household clothes dryers.
