基于无线传输的刚性罐道在线监测系统设计

刚性罐道是矿井提升容器的导向装置,能够保证提升容器安全可靠的运行.但是由于矿井环境条件恶劣,常年运行不可避免地导致刚性罐道出现故障,如倾斜、突出等.为了保证提升容器的安全、可靠运行,对刚性罐道采取了各种不同的监测方法,但是由于各种监测方法、设备具有某些局限性,不能够满足煤矿的实际要求,因此,文章提出一种基于无线传输的刚性罐道在线监测系统,通过布置位置、加速度、摄像头等传感器,采集关键信息数据进行处理并进行故障警示,为刚性罐道的稳定运行提供支撑.
Design of on-line monitoring system of rigid tank channel based on wireless transmission
The rigid tank channel is a guiding device for mine lifting containers,which can ensure the safe and reliable operation of the lifting container.However,due to the harsh environmental conditions of the mine,year-round operation inevitably leads to the failure of the rigid tank channel,such as tilting and protruding.In order to ensure the safe and reliable operation of containers,various monitoring methods for rigid tank channels are proposed.However,due to certain limitations of various monitoring methods and equipment,they cannot meet the actual requirements of coal mines.Therefore,The paper proposes a wireless transmission based online monitoring system for rigid tank channels.By arranging sensors such as position,acceleration,and cameras,key information data is collected for processing and fault warning,providing support for the stable operation of rigid tank channels.
