With the rapid development of medical informatization,inpatient appointment management has become an indispensable part of hospital information systems,playing a crucial role especially in group hospitals.This study,through an in-depth analysis of the defects of traditional inpatient appointment management,aims to construct an integrated,efficient,and accurate inpatient appointment system to achieve the integration of bed information and resources in group hospitals.The paper comprehensively applies the latest information technology and medical management concepts to design a standardized,automated appointment process,aiming to improve appointment accuracy,reduce patient waiting time,and optimize the workflow of medical staff.Empirical analysis results show that this system can effectively improve the efficiency of inpatient appointments,enhance patient satisfaction,alleviate the workload of medical staff,and strengthen the ability to integrate internal resources within group hospitals.
