面向造船企业的巡检消防机器人设计

针对造船企业存在多种消防安全隐患和消防机器人价格昂贵、功能单一等问题,文章基于ROS机器人操作系统和传感器技术设计了一款巡检消防机器人,能协助安全员对施工现场进行巡检,可实现栅格地图实时构建、火焰检测和着火源定位、火情处理等功能,有效降低了工作人员的劳动强度,提高了搜救效率,并有效保障了企业和员工的生命财产安全。
Design of inspection and fire fighting robot for shipbuilding enterprises
In view of the various fire safety hazards existing in shipbuilding enterprises and the problems of fire-fighting robots being expensive and having single functions,this article designed an inspection fire-fighting robot based on ROS robot operating system and sensor technology.The robot can assist safety officers in inspecting construction sites,and can realize functions such as grid map real-time construction,flame detection,fire source location,and fire handling.It can effectively reduce the labor intensity of staff,improve search and rescue efficiency,and further protect enterprises.and the safety of employees'lives and property.
