From literature research,there is a lack of relevant research on the citation of EI articles in China.The article introduces the detailed design,implementation process,and critical code of Cross Database Citation Retrieval Software for EI Papers Based on VBA Language and SeleniumBasic technology.The software fills the gap in domestic Cross Database Citation Retrieval Software for EI Papers.
