The era of artificial intelligence has arrived,and new artificial intelligence algorithms,models and services are constantly being generated.How to make high-quality use of these mature artificial intelligence and give full play to its economic value is a problem that has to be considered.This paper selects the application scenarios of audio and video retrieval,and combines the use of artificial intelligence services to expound the demand analysis,functional design and system architecture of the audio and video retrieval system based on mature AI services.
