Research on IP network telemetry system based on model-driven two-way active measurement protocol method
In the OAM technology at the IP layer, the Two-Way Active Measurement Protocol(TWAMP)implements network layer performance monitoring between any two network nodes with IP reachability by actively injecting measurement packets into the network and collecting and analyzing the measurement packets. The article first analyzes the main problems and challenges existing in the actual operation and deployment of TWAMP measurement, and then addresses the new demand for continuous and real-time active monitoring of network operating conditions under the increasingly intelligent network development trend of network operation and maintenance management.Based on this, this article proposes a hardware accelerated TWAMP network monitoring system oriented to the network telemetry architecture to achieve performance monitoring improvement of the IP transport network and provide solid support for achieving more real-time and reliable intelligent OAM.
