Exploration and application of life cycle natural resource management system based on"one-code of land management":taking Jiangyin city as an example
In response to the low operational synergy and insufficient fusion and sharing of historical data among land use, planning, and forestry businesses after the reform of natural resource institutions,This article explores the establishment of an extended land block coding standard(Cheng Land Code)based on the real estate unit code, which is suitable for practical use.Using'Cheng Land Code'as the unique identifier,it optimizes business processes, governs historical data, and connects the four stages of the construction project process-preliminary work, land supply, planning, and registration-to achieve full life-cycle traceability of land management. The application scenarios of"one-code approval,one-code supervision,one-code sharing",etc.are eventually realized, accelerating the digital transformation of natural resource planning, while facilitating data sharing among departments and empowering government services.
