Design of a stress monitoring system for underground anchor rods based on CAN bus and ZigBee
Given the early underground mines, anchor stress collection devices used for roof working surfaces often used cables to transmit detection results to underground base stations, resulting in complex network wiring, cumbersome movement and inconvenient maintenance. For this purpose,a stress monitoring system based on ZigBee wireless technology and CAN bus was designed. The system uses diffusion silicon pressure sensors to detect the stress of anchor bolts distributed on the roof, and transmits it to the communication substation through ZigBee wireless technology. Then,CAN bus technology is used to transmit the received pressure values to the ground monitoring center for the purpose of analyzing historical data and preventing roof collapse. Finally, the feasibility of the system was verified through a large number of experiments.
