Addressing the current inadequacies in the functionality of library information service systems,this study introduces an intelligent personalized information service system for libraries based on multimedia network technology.The system comprises data collector,data retriever,and data storage modules connected through three buses to an ethernet interface.Additionally,a software system is designed,incorporating user interface,logical business layer,and data access layer,all in accordance with the hardware specifications.Finally,an application program is developed based on the designed software,with all operational commands adhering to association rules and interfacing the microcontroller with the voice chip through an SPI port.The outcomes demonstrate that the application of the developed intelligent library personalized information service system significantly enhances library workflow and librarian efficiency,thereby better serving the needs of readers.
