为了解决现有地铁数据集成及信息共享水平低、缺乏全线网的互联互通及信息共享功能等问题,文章提出了一种适用于轨道交通网络化运营的地铁线网指挥中心级运营调度系统.通过系统的实施与应用,指导线网运营生产,反映线网状态,对现有分散的区域控制中心实施全面的集中监视和管理,实现全市地铁线网的资源共享,各条线的行车组织、电力控制、设备维修、信息收发、施工组织等在一个"大脑"的指挥下统一调度与运转.
Design of the operation and dispatching system of the rail transit network command center
The level of data integration and information sharing in the subway is low,and there is a lack of interconnection and information sharing functions across the entire network.In order to solve the problems,an operation and dispatching system of the rail transit network command center is proposed,which is suitable for networked operation of rail transit.Through the implementation and application of the system,it guides the operation and production of the network,reflects the status of the network,implements comprehensive centralized monitoring and management of the existing dispersed regional control centers,and achieves resource sharing of the entire subway network.The train organization,power control,equipment maintenance,information transmission,and construction organization of each line are uniformly scheduled and commanded under the operation of a"brain".
