The transformation of China's scientific and technological achievements into commercial value is the key step to realize the realization of scientific research to business,but the problem is that the conversion rate of scientific research achievements is not high.One of the difficulties is the lack of forwarding platform for scientific and technological achievements,which leads to the disconnection between scientific research achievements and the landing enterprises.In order to solve the difficulties of technology transfer,under the national policy of vigorously support technology transfer,the paper establishes information channels,service functions,trading activities orderly technology trading platform,creates a good ecology for industrialization of scientific and technological achievements,improves the technology transfer market service system,strengthens the intellectual property operation system,and promotes the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in the enterprise.
