面向无人值守收费站入口通行的主动限流协同控制策略研究

高速公路无人值守收费站目前主要面临拥堵问题,影响用户通行体验和效率。为此,文章以高速公路主线、收费站、收费站地面连接路口组成的高地系统为研究对象,针对收费站入口场景,考虑高速公路入口匝道汇流引起的主线通行能力下降以及交通事故、施工等引起的入口匝道排队积压蔓延问题,利用收费站连接路口信号控制截流手段,提出收费站入口通行的主动限流协同控制策略,实现最大化高速公路主线通行效率、防止拥堵排队阻塞收费站入口与地面连接路口的控制目标。
Research on collaborative control strategy for proactive traffic flow restriction at electronic toll collection station
Expressway electronic toll collection station currently faces significant congestion challenges,adversely affecting transit experience and efficiency of users.This paper takes the highland system composed of the expressway main line,toll stations and toll station ground connection intersections as the research object.Aiming at the entrance scenarios of toll stations,the paper addresses the decrease in mainline traffic capacity due to the merging traffic from entrance ramps and the issues of queue spillover caused by traffic accidents or construction at entrance ramps.Utilizing signal control at the connecting junctions of toll stations as a traffic interception method,an optimized collaborative control strategy for proactive flow restriction at toll station entrances is proposed,which maximizes the efficiency of mainline traffic on highways and prevent congestion and queue blockages at toll station entrances and their connecting junctions.
