江阴市"多测合一"综合服务平台建设研究

摘要
为了落实国家"放管服"改革要求,更好地推进"多测合一"改革实施,文章分析了当前"多测合一"改革的现状与挑战.并结合江阴市具体实践,以"流程简化、信息共享"为目标,利用"互联网+"、规则引擎等信息技术,对"多测合一"管理流程进行合并重构,设计建设了江阴市"多测合一"服务平台.最终达到了"减环节、减时间、降成本、提效能"的目标,研究进一步提高了业务办理效率,规范了测绘市场.
Abstract
In order to implement the reform requirements for"streamlining administration,delegating power,and improving services"in China,and better promote the reform implementation for"multi-survey integration".This paper analyzes the current status and challenges of implementing the"multi-survey integration"reform.By integrating the actual conditions of the Jiangyin City,the objective is to simplify processes and share information more effectively.With the utilization of the information technologies such as"Internet Plus"and rule engines,the management processes for"multiple-survey integration"have been merged and restructured.It is designed and constructed for the Jiangyin City"multi-survey integration"service platform.The ultimate goal of reducing steps,saving time,lowering costs,and enhancing efficiency has been achieved,thereby significantly improving the efficiency of business operations and standardizing the surveying and mapping market.
