Research practice on university asset management and intelligent performance evaluation system
The management of fixed assets in universities often involves multiple departments,and each department has their own management system.It is unrealistic to rely solely on manual management.At present,information management systems are realized for multiple universities to manage the fixed assets.However,these information management systems mainly depend on the addition,deletion and modification of the asset information,lacking the analysis and automatic evaluation of asset data.This paper designs an intelligent system for the management and performance evaluation of state-owned fixed assets in universities.This system is designed based on the evaluation method of the relevant elements of asset management in universities,which can automatically collect and analyze data from different departments,and realize the automatic fixed asset performance evaluation.The performance evaluation results can be visualized,which can effectively assist the automatic management and evaluation of fixed assets.
