基于情感分析法的公众绿色出行评价研究

随着居民环保意识的提高和对气候变化的关切日益增加,绿色出行行为成了社会关注的焦点之一.文章以新能源汽车作为可持续出行的代表,通过爬虫技术收集了 2018-2023 年有关社交媒体和网络评论数据,采用情感分析方法分析了公众对绿色出行的评价,揭示了公众对新能源汽车的情感倾向,并深入探究了它们在绿色出行领域的关注点及其变化特征.研究结果表明,公众对新能源汽车的关注度在样本期内急剧上升,评价普遍积极,主要集中在基本性能、驾驶体验和实用性等方面,但是对绿色属性的关注度相对较低;同时,时间序列分析显示未来的关注度可能会逐渐趋于平稳,但总体上将保持较高的水平,预示着绿色出行行为和新能源汽车行业具有良好的发展前景.综合而言,文章的研究能为政府、汽车制造商和市场营销人员制定更具针对性的政策和策略提供助力,以促进更广泛的绿色出行,实现可持续的生活方式.
Research on evaluation of public green travel based on emotional analysis
With the increasing environmental awareness among residents and growing concerns about climate change,green travel behavior has become one of the focal points of societal attention.This study takes new energy vehicles as representatives of sustainable travel and utilizes web crawler techniques to collect social media and online commentary data from 2018 to 2023.Employing sentiment analysis,the research analyzes the public's evaluations of green travel,revealing their emotional inclinations towards new energy vehicles and exploring their focal points and changing characteristics in the field of green travel.The results indicate a sharp increase in public attention to new energy vehicles from 2018 to 2023,with generally positive evaluations primarily focusing on basic performance,driving experience,and practicality,while attention to green attributes remains relatively low.Concurrently,time series analysis suggests that future attention may gradually stabilize but will generally maintain a high level,indicating promising prospects for the development of green travel behavior and the new energy vehicle industry.In summary,this research can assist governments,automobile manufacturers,and marketing professionals in formulating more targeted policies and strategies to promote widespread green travel and achieve a sustainable lifestyle.
