面向新型配电网的地配一体化调度仿真技术研究

新一代配电网呈现配网有源化、主配协同化、源网荷协同等新业态和新模式,主配网专业队伍能力建设需进一步协同加强.原有的仿真培训系统多针对无源配电网格局,无法满足地配调度中心运行人员培训新需求.文章研究并提出了适应有源配电网的地配一体化仿真培训系统若干关键技术并进行了研发应用,围绕地配调中心调度运行人员实际培训业务需求,给出了满足新一代配电网调度培训所需的系统设计思路和关键培训功能,可提升相关专业人员的配网调度运行技能和离线操作能力,提高配网专业人员对新型配电网的调度驾驭能力,具有较好的行业科技推广价值.
Research on integrated dispatching simulation technology for new distribution networks
The new generation distribution network has new features such as active distribution network,coordinated main distribution,and coordinated source network load.The construction of the main distribution network team needs to be strengthened in collaboration.The existing simulation systems are mostly aimed at passive distribution grid bureaus.The existing simulation training software,whether in terms of design ideas or training functions,cannot meet the scheduling training needs of the new generation distribution network.This article studies and proposes key technologies for the integrated dispatch simulation training system of active distribution networks,and conducts research and application.Focusing on the actual training business needs of dispatch and operation personnel in the distribution center,it enhances the distribution network dispatch and operation skills and offline operation abilities of relevant personnel,and improves the dispatch and control ability of distribution network professionals on the new distribution network,which has good promotion and application value.
