在智慧图书馆建设背景下,"以人为本"的服务理念,不仅针对读者,图书馆员亦属于其服务范畴.服务于馆员的办公自动化(Office Automation,OA)系统也应该与时俱进,进行智慧化升级.文章从实践成果的角度出发,深入总结了如何将智慧化与OA系统相结合,阐述了实践的过程,让OA系统的流程更加智能化,操作更加简易化,业务处理能力更加高效.
Abstract
In the context of intelligent library construction,the service concept of"people-oriented"is not only for readers,but also for librarians.The office automation(OA)system serving librarians should also keep pace with the times and carry out intelligent upgrading.In this paper,from the perspective of practice results,in-depth summary of how to combine intelligence and OA system,summarize the process of practice,so that the OA system process is more intelligent,easier to operate,more efficient to business process.
