针对医疗影像归档和通信系统(Picture Archiving and Communication System,PACS)建设所面临的建设成本高、上线周期长、可用性低、故障恢复困难、资源灵活性差等问题,文章设计了一种基于公有云的医疗PACS高可用系统.文章介绍了医疗PACS高可用系统架构,详述了高可用平台设计、系统安全及可靠性设计和故障切换策略等内容.该系统以公有云技术为基础,结合专业的高可用集群软件,降低了医疗PACS的建设成本,增强了PACS的可靠性和可用性,提升了PACS资源配置的灵活性,更好地支撑了医疗PACS的建设和运行.
Design of high availability medical PACS based on public cloud
In response to the high construction cost,long online cycle,low availability,difficult fault recovery and poor resource flexibility faced by the construction of medical picture archiving and communication system(PACS),this paper designs a high availability medical PACS system based on public cloud.This paper introduces the high availability system architecture of medical PACS,detailing the design of high availability platforms,system security and reliability design and fault switching strategies.Based on public cloud technology,combined with professional high availability cluster software,the construction cost of medical PACS is reduced,which enhances the reliability and availability of PACS,improves the flexibility of PACS system resource allocation,and better supports the construction and operation of medical PACS.
