基于ISM的社交媒体用户隐私披露意愿影响因素研究

各类社交媒体所搭建的互通互享的社交平台在给用户带来便利的同时,也造成了严重的隐私泄露问题,降低了用户的隐私披露意愿.文章探究了用户隐私披露意愿影响因素的外在作用与内在关联,研究内容对于社交媒体平台的运营以及相关服务运营商优化决策的管理具有重要意义.文章通过查询国内外相关文献,并根据专家调研结果确定了社交媒体用户隐私披露意愿的 15 项影响因素,借助解释结构模型(Interpretive Structural Model,ISM)构建了多级递阶结构模型以展示各因素间的逻辑关联.研究表明二者在结论上保持高度一致,验证了ISM的科学性与普遍性,并基于用户、平台、运营商三方主体提出了针对性的对策建议.
Research on influencing factors of privacy disclosure intention of social media users based on ISM
While the various social medias bring convenience to users through their interconnected and shared social platforms,it also leads to serious privacy disclose problems,reducing the privacy disclosure intention of users.This paper explores the external effects and internal correlations of influencing factors for user privacy disclosure intention.It is of great significant of the research content for the operation of social media platforms and the decision optimizing management on the related service operators.This article identifies 15 influencing factors on the privacy disclosure intention of social media users by consulting relevant literature at home and abroad,as well as conducting expert research results.Using the ISM,a multi-level hierarchical structure model is constructed to demonstrate the logical relationships between these factors.The research in this paper shows that it can maintain a high degree of consistency between ISM and the multi-level hierarchical structure model in their conclusions,verifies the scientific and universal characteristics of the ISM,and proposes targeted countermeasures and suggestions based on the three parties of users,platforms and operators.
