Design of a dust-adaptive AGV system for sulfur production lines
In the unique environment of the sulfur production line,especially the impact of sulfur dust on the functionality of Automated Guided Vehicle(AGV)systems,presents unprecedented challenges to the automated transportation system.This article focuses on the design and optimization of the AGV system in sulfur production lines,aiming to overcome the negative effects of dust on AGV operations.We propose a set of positioning and obstacle avoidance solutions based on Ultra-Wideband(UWB)technology and multisensor fusion,optimizing the AGV's route planning and intelligent obstacle avoidance mechanisms,and enhancing operational safety through integrated dust monitoring sensors.Test results prove that the system can effectively adapt to the sulfur dust environment,ensuring stable and safe sulfur transportation.
