Design of a LoRa based real-time monitoring system for respiratory valve status
To address the high costs and delays associated with traditional calibration methods for breathing valves,a real-time condition monitoring system for breathing valves has been developed.By real-time monitoring of the cavity pressure and valve disc displacement during the breathing valve's overpressure release process, this system reflects the working status of the breathing valve, thereby achieving its intelligent monitoring. The system employs the STM32F103VET6 as its core processor and utilizes LoRa wireless LAN for the real-time transmission of status data.Additionally, communication between the breathing valve and the host computer is facilitated via the 4G network.Experimental results demonstrate that the system enables active monitoring of the breathing valve's status, facilitating operational management and maintenance.
