文章旨在评估基于虚拟现实(Virtual Reality,VR)技术的大学生焦虑情绪施动感辅助训练系统的有效性.通过构建自适应焦虑情绪管理训练模块、虚拟情境互动反馈模块及动态行为结果预期匹配分析模块,该系统提供了沉浸式、互动性高的训练环境,以帮助大学生管理焦虑情绪,提升自我效能感.研究的评估结果显示,训练后用户在焦虑水平、施动感、任务完成率、用户满意度及预期匹配度等方面均有显著改善,验证了VR辅助训练在心理健康干预中的应用潜力.
Design of assisted training system of anxiety emotions in college students based on VR technology
The aim of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of a virtual reality(VR)technology-based assisted training system for college students'anxiety emotion perception.By constructing an adaptive anxiety emotion management training module,a virtual situational interactive feedback module,and a dynamic behavior result expected matching analysis module,this system provides an immersive and highly interactive training environment to help college students manage anxiety emotions and improve self-efficacy.The evaluation results of this study show that after training,users have significantly improved their anxiety levels,motivation,task completion rate,user satisfaction,and expected match,verifying the potential application of VR assisted training in mental health interventions.
