摘要

随着医疗技术的不断进步,"互联网+"医疗发展已初具规模,老百姓慢病管理至今没有一个令人满意的解决方案或平台.文章从慢病管理、"互联网+"、大数据、人工智能等方面,提出一种以单一慢性病智慧医疗服务为切入点,满足患者多样化不同层次的慢性病管理平台的设计方案,并逐渐积累大量医疗数据形成医疗大数据中心,进而利用数据挖掘、机器学习、自然语言处理等人工智能技术提供决策支持.该平台为患者治疗方案的制定与选择、慢性病预警、辅助医学诊断等方面提供支撑.

Abstract

With the continuous advancement of medical technology,"Internet+"medical development has begun to take shape,and there is no satisfactory solution or platform for people's chronic disease management.From the aspects of chronic disease management,"Internet+",big data and artificial intelligence,using a single chronic disease intelligent medical service as an entry point,a chronic disease management platform that meets the diverse levels of patients is designed in this paper.Gradually,a large amount of medical datas are accumulated to form a medical big data center,and then artificial intelligence technologies such as data mining,machine learning and natural language processing are used to provide decision support.The proposed platform provides support for the formulation and selection of patients'treatment plan,chronic disease early warning,and auxiliary medical diagnosis.
