Design and implementation of complaints and feedback platform for university students
For the problems existing in the management of student complaints and feedback in colleges and universities:information is not smooth,the process is not standardized,feedback is difficult to handle,etc.,this paper proposes a complaints and feedback platform for university students.Through demand analysis,system design,E-R model design and the realization of the main modules of the system,the development of the management platform are completed.Through the development and use of the proposed platform,it can make the management of complaints and feedback for university students more standardized,solve students'demands in a timely and effectively.Furthermore,it can improve the management mechanism for students'service.
