With the advancement of digital reform,the network information security issues have become increasingly prominent.With the economic and social development,it is urgently demanded for the cultivation of high-quality network information security talents.Currently,a scientific and systematic evaluation system for the cultivation of network information security talents has not been established yet,which is not conducive to the long-term development of network information security talent cultivation.Based on the CIPP evaluation model,this article adopts the analytic hierarchy process to conduct an assessment from four aspects:the background,investment,process,and outcomes of talent cultivation.Through this process,this paper obtains the evaluation indicators for the quality of network information security talent cultivation and constructs a comprehensive evaluation system,providing references for the cultivation of highly skilled network information security talents.
