Research on the matching between the demand for communication skilled talents and the training of vocational education talents
The transformation and upgrading of the communication industry require the support of skilled talents that match it.Clarifying the skill requirements of the industry for communication talents can provide important references for the reform of communication vocational education.This study analyzed 26787 online recruitment information in the communication industry to explore the specific needs of communication skilled talents,including professional skills,business skills,and comprehensive skills.The study surveys the current status of talent cultivation in communication majors at 20 vocational colleges to assess the alignment between supply and demand.The research results show that communication enterprises require a large number of business skilled talents,and the business skills courses offered by vocational colleges are seriously insufficient.In addition,there are fewer courses for project management,construction and maintenance jobs that are in high demand in the communications industry,and for basic job skills such as office software and document writing.Based on these research results,this paper proposes targeted recommendations regarding the construction of curriculum systems and the integration of industry and education.
