近年来,电动车的大规模普及也引发了一系列交通管理问题,特别是头盔佩戴的要求以及实施程度给交通管理人员带来巨大挑战.文章提出了一种创新的非机动车智慧监管系统,采用"双网双平台"架构,实现了数据的安全交互与高效处理.该智慧监管系统集成了大数据、人工智能等现代信息技术,创新性地解决了非机动车管理难题,为城市智慧交通体系的构建提供了新思路,对降低交通事故发生率、构建智慧城市交通具有重要意义.
Design of an intelligent transportation supervision system based on dual-network dual-platform
In recent years,the widespread adoption of electric vehicles has led to a series of traffic management challenges,particularly regarding the enforcement of helmet-wearing regulations and its implementation,which has posed significant challenges for traffic administrators.This article introduces an innovative smart supervision system for non-motorized vehicles,employing a"dual-network,dual-platform"architecture that ensures secure data exchange and efficient processing.Integrating big data,artificial intelligence,and other contemporary information technologies,this innovative regulatory system addresses the complexities of non-motorized vehicle management,providing a new approach for constructing smart urban transportation systems.It plays a pivotal role in reducing the incidence of traffic accidents and is instrumental in building a smart city transportation infrastructure.
