摘要
面对当前社会各种自然和人为突发事件频发的严峻形势,在智慧社会语境下的万物互联、智能创新和多元融合的时代背景下,文章基于对"群智感知"模式研究,利用价值群智感知指导数据向情报转化,为决策者提供了有力的信息支撑,有助于降低社会突发事件的风险和影响,为应对各类突发事件提供更强大的智力支持,助力社会的和谐、稳定发展.同时,也将为我国智慧社会的建设提供有力支持,为其未来发展注入新的动力和活力.
Abstract
Facing the grim situation of frequent natural and man-made emergencies,this paper,based on the study of"swarm intelligence perception"mode,provides strong information support for decision makers,helps to reduce the risk and influence of social emergencies,provides stronger intellectual support for coping with all kinds of emergencies and helps the harmonious and stable development of society.at the same time,it will also provide strong support for the construction of our country's wisdom society and inject new impetus and vitality into its future development.
