In order to thoroughly implement the unified deployment of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on optimizing the business environment and deepening the reform of"delegating power,regulating and serving",and accelerate the relief of blockage,pain points and difficulties in enterprise affairs,various localities have explored"one-time commission,unified surveying and mapping,and results sharing"in the field of engineering construction project approval.This paper focuses on the deep-seated needs of the"Multi-measurement Integration"reform for informatization,based on the reality of Changzhou,analyzes the problems faced by the surveying and mapping work,puts forward the construction idea of the"multi measurement and integration"service platform of Changzhou construction project,and introduces the application practice and remarkable results of the system in process optimization,standard unification,achievement sharing,quality improvement and cost reduction.
