基于LabVIEW和OPC的汽车踏板疲劳测试控制系统研究

摘要
文章使用LabVIEW进行上位机软件开发,在 LabVIEW中采用OPC技术与PLC进行通信实现控制,完成了对汽车踏板疲劳测试装置试验过程的实时监测和控制.实际运行结果证明该系统运行稳定可靠,能够对疲劳测试装置进行控制,实时采集、监测压力数据,导出数据以及系统报警等任务.
Abstract
This article uses LabVIEW to develop upper computer software,and uses OPC technology and PLC to communicate and control in LabVIEW,completing real-time monitoring and control of the testing process of car pedal fatigue testing equipment.The actual operation results have proven that the system operates stably and reliably,and can control the fatigue testing device,collect and monitor pressure data in real time,export data,and perform tasks such as system alarms.
