基于人工智能技术的信息采集模型研究

随着机械制造、化工等产业的不断更新迭代,人工智能技术的发展和应用已经成为我国制造业实现数字化、智能化的驱动核心.在这种背景下,以我国工业产业为例,文章分析了人工智能技术对嵌入式图像信息识别采集系统图片识别率的影响.分析结果表明:在图像分辨率 72~87 PPI区间,无论是立式锅炉还是卧式锅炉,随着分辨率的提高,人工智能系统、C聚类系统和多重分割法系统的嵌入式图像信息识别率均得到提高,且人工智能系统的图像识别率明显高于C聚类系统和多重分割法系统.
Research on information acquisition model based on artificial intelligence technology
With the continuous update and iteration of machinery manufacturing,chemical industry and other industries,the development and application of artificial intelligence technology has become the driving core of China's manufacturing industry.In this context,taking China's industrial industry as an example,this paper analyzes the influence of artificial intelligence technology on the image recognition rate of the embedded image information recognition system.The analysis results show that in the image recognition range of 72~87 PPI,with the improvement of the recognition rate,the image recognition rates of the embedded image information of the AI system,C clustering system and multiple segmentation system in the vertical boiler and horizontal boiler are improved,and the image recognition rate of AI system is significantly higher than that of C clustering system and multiple segmentation system.
