Research on construction plan of smart parking system in prefecture-level cities:taking Hengyang city as an example
Aiming at the traffic characteristics and parking difficulties in prefecture-level cities,taking the smart parking system in Hengyang city as an example,the basic concept of prefecture-level smart parking system is introduced in this paper,and the system composition and functions of prefecture-level smart parking system are analyzed.A mature prefecture-level smart parking system can effectively improve the utilization and turnover rate of prefecture-level parking space,the parking experience of citizen,and the management efficiency and level of parking management unit.At the same time,it effectively reduces the impact of parking on urban dynamic traffic and enhances the overall image of the city.
