摘要
完整的工业大数据能效分析平台的实现,最终要以直观、清晰明了的方式呈现到企业管理人员面前,以便于企业更有效地分析和管理工业大数据的生产.文章对工业大数据采集后进行实时数据的存储,在经过数据的预处理后,再将数据保存在基于NoSQL存储技术的历史存储系统中.在Vue.js中对数据进行计算后利用ECharts可视化工具将计算结果进行可视化展示,帮助工程师对企业生产数据进行能效分析,从而发现更多与企业生产工业大数据有关的潜在的规律和趋势,进而对生产过程进行优化,提高生产效率,降低生产成本.
Abstract
The implementation of a complete industrial big data energy efficiency analysis platform should ultimately be presented to enterprise managers in an intuitive and clear manner,facilitating more effective analysis and management of industrial big data production.In this paper,the real-time data storage is carried out after the collection of industrial big data.After data preprocessing,the data is saved in a historical storage system based on NoSQL storage technology.After calculating the datas in Vue.js,the ECharts visualization tool is used to visually display the calculation results,helping engineers to analyze the energy efficiency of enterprise production data,discover more potential patterns and trends related to industrial big data,optimize the production process,improve production efficiency and reduce production costs.
